Local residents are invited to skip the cooking and enjoy an evening of great food when Food Truck Friday returns to The Glencorse Centre on Friday 4 September.
Taking place in the Glencorse Centre car park from midday, the monthly event brings together a changing roster of local food vendors and offers a relaxed opportunity for families, friends and neighbours to enjoy delicious food close to home.
LoveIceCream will be serving its award-winning artisan ice cream from 12pm until 5pm, while JB’Smokeshack will be firing up the ovens from 4pm until 8pm, or until sold out.
Food Truck Friday takes place on the first Friday of every month and has become a popular fixture in the local community calendar, attracting visitors from across Midlothian and beyond.
Natalie Biggs, Events and Marketing Coordinator at The Glencorse Centre, said:
