A Mayfield aesthetics practitioner is celebrating after securing national recognition in all four categories she entered at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2026.
Tina Duff, owner of Flawless Aesthetics by Tina and Flawless Aesthetics Academy, was recognised at the awards ceremony at Manchester’s AO Arena.
The Midlothian practitioner achieved:
– 13th place – Skin Specialist of the Year
– 23rd place – Education Excellence Award
– 64th place – Best Business Branding
– 90th place – Best for Aesthetics
The results saw Tina place in the Top 50 nationally for both Skin Specialist of the Year and Education Excellence, as well as the Top 100 for Best Business Branding and Best for Aesthetics.
The UK Hair and Beauty Awards recognise professionals and businesses from across the country, with entrants independently assessed within their chosen categories.
Tina runs her clinic and training academy in Mayfield, Midlothian, specialising in consultation-led aesthetic and advanced skin treatments.
Her work focuses on personalised care, natural-looking results, client safety and continued professional development.
Through Flawless Aesthetics Academy, she also provides training and ongoing support to other practitioners, helping them develop their knowledge, practical skills and confidence.
Tina said she was delighted to have been recognised across all four categories.
“I am genuinely over the moon to have placed in all four categories I entered. To be recognised not only for my work as a skin and aesthetics practitioner, but also for education, branding and the business as a whole, means so much to me.
“I’ve worked incredibly hard to build Flawless Aesthetics by Tina while continuing to invest in my own training and develop the academy.
“I’m so grateful to every client, student, friend and family member who has supported me along the way.
“I travelled to Manchester hoping I might place in one category, so coming home having received national recognition in every category I entered was something I’ll never forget.”

Following her success at this year’s awards, Tina plans to continue developing her Mayfield clinic and Flawless Aesthetics Academy, while supporting clients through consultation-led treatment plans and providing education and practical training for other practitioners.
