Plans for the new Lauder homes

Properties in a Berwickshire market town’s first new housing development in a decade will be up for grabs early next month.
Whiteburn Projects has announced the launch of new homes for sale at Allanbank, a residential development nestled in mature woodland on the edge of the historic Borders town of Lauder.
The first homes will be released for sale on the open market on October 10, with prices starting from £260,000.
Allanbank marks Whiteburn’s return to the Scottish Borders following its successful award-winning development at Caerlee Mill in Innerleithen.
